Kingdom Vapor Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping with USPS and UPS on all standard orders in the US, international shipments will be shipped via UPS. C.O.D. orders will be shipped Via UPS (Money Order, or Cashiers Check Only). Shipping option can be chosen in the checkout process. Shipping charges will be calculated after the order is packed. USPS is the most popular option that our customers use. During the business week, all orders are typically processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. Most orders placed before 2pm will ship the same day. Return Policy:
For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns on e-liquid. We will accept returns on all other products within 10 days of delivery as long as the item is unopened and unused. Items must be brand new and in original packaging. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t meet these requirements. There may be a 10% restocking fee on returns. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy:
Customers may return defective items within 30 days of received by date as indicated by the tracking information. Our warranty policy covers any D.O.A (Dead on Arrival items) or manufacturer defects.
To set up a return, please contact your sales representative or e-mail INFO@KINGDOMVAPOR.COM to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA). We reserve right to refuse any warranty item that we believe doesn’t meet the requirements.
