What Carriers do you use for shipping?

We offer shipping with USPS and UPS on all standard orders. Shipping option and pricing can be calculated during the checkout process. USPS is often the cheapest option. Battery cells (18650, 20700, 21700, etc) will be shipped via UPS Ground due to shipping restrictions.

Why can't I see prices?

If you’ve just created your account, you will be contacted for account activation by a Kingdom Vapor representative within 24 hours or on the next business day. Wholesale prices remain hidden until your account is activated to prevent retail customers from seeing wholesale cost of product.

How long does it take for my order to process and ship?

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are typically processed with 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

What if there was an inventory issue?

We strive to ensure that our inventory is up to date and accurate on the site. If a product is out of stock without the website’s inventory reflecting this, the invoice is corrected to account for the missing items before shipping. Since we don’t process payment until the order is packed and ready to ship, you will NOT be charged for product that is out of stock and therefore not shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

We do not accept returns on e-liquid due to concerns of possible contamination. All other products can be returned as long as the item is unopened and unused for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be brand new and in their original packaging. In some cases, a 10% restocking fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t meet our requirements. The customer will pay all return shipping fees.

What if I received an item that I didn’t order?

When an item has been mispicked and you’ve received the wrong product, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. Once informed, we’ll immediately ship you the correct item with a call tag so that you can ship the mispicked item back to us. In the event that the correct item is out of stock, a credit will be placed on your account for the cost of the missing product.

When an item has been erroneously included with your order, we’ll provide instructions to return the product as soon as you inform us of the extra product.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free UPS Ground shipping is offered on all orders over $1,000

Warranty Policy

Customers may return defective items within 30 days of delivery as indicated by the tracking information. Our warranty policy covers any item that is deemed D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) or which is non-functioning because of manufacturer defects.
