• What Carriers do you use for shipping?
    • We offer shipping with USPS and UPS on all standard orders. All C.O.D. orders will be shipped Via UPS. Shipping option and pricing can be calculated during the checkout process. In most cases USPS is the cheaper option.

  • How long does it take for my order to process and ship?
    • All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. Most orders placed before 2pm will ship the same day.

  • What if there was an inventory issue?
    • We do our best to ensure product inventory is up to date and accurate on the site. However if a product is out of stock and the inventory doesn’t show this. The invoice will be corrected and shipped. We do not process payment until the order is packed and ready to ship so you will not be charged for product we do not have.

  • What is your Return Policy?
    • We do not accept returns on e-liquid. All other products we accept returns on as long as the item is un-opened and unused for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be brand new and in original packaging. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t meet these requirements. There may be a 10% restocking fee on returns. Customer also pays all shipping cost back to us.

  • What if I received an item that I didn’t order?
    • In the case that we mispick an item it must be called in 48 hours from the time the order was received. We will then ship you the correct item immediately with a call tag for you to ship the mispicked item back to us. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be given a credit on your account.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • Yes we offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $1,000

  • Warranty Policy
    • Customers may return defective items within 30 days of received by date as indicated by the tracking information. Our warranty policy covers any D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) item's or manufacturer defects.

      To set up a return, please contact your sales representative or e-mail info@kingdomvapor.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA). We reserve right to refuse any warranty item that we believe does not meet the requirements.
