The first step is picking the diluent. A diluent is the liquid component of the juice that will hold the ingredients together and create the vapor. Over 90% of an e-liquid is the diluent portion. VG is commonly used in food, drink, medicine, and topical products. Adverse reactions to vegetable glycerin are extremely rare and most users who suffer from this allergy are well aware of it.

Vegetable glycerin is the diluent of choice for cloud chasers. This thick liquid base vaporizes at lower temperatures than PG and produces a very thick and smooth vapor. The natural sweetness of VG also contributes to a very comfortable vaping experience. One of the only downsides of high VG e-liquids is the fact that they leave behind more residue than the naturally thin PG.

Because of its all-natural origins, VG has become a popular option for vapers. This diluent can be considered vegan and even organic depending on the source. There has even been a drive for companies to produce more “max VG” e-liquids, which contain over 90% VG in their formulation. These e-liquids produce smooth and sweet clouds of naturally thick vapor, though they often lack the signature throat hit of a PG e-liquid.

Most users are going to appreciate the characteristics of both PG and VG. For this reason, most of the vapor-liquid wholesale options on the market will feature a combination of both PG and VG. Every vaper is going to have their own preference when it comes to the perfect diluent ratio, but many users favor a blend with more vegetable glycerin for the superior cloud producing properties.

In order to vape nicotine salt vapor-liquids, you need to have a specialized vaporizer. You should not vape salt juices in a freebase juice rig without seriously altering the type of atomizer or wattage settings or you could get extremely sick. The levels of nicotine in these vapor liquids is meant to be inhaled in small hits. If you rip a few heavy clouds of nicotine salt, you will probably end up feeling ill from all of the nicotine. Low concentration nicotine salt liquids may work in a traditional atomizer rig, but it’s best to go with a system designed for these liquids.
